Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

  1. Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
  2. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. These may include standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping options. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process.
  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method selected, the weight of the package, and the destination. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before payment is required.
  4. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
  5. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process and are based on the carrier's estimated delivery times.
  6. Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  7. Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your order is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns Policy:
