  6. Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  7. Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your order is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns Policy:

  1. Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA number. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
