Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

1. Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. These may include standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping options. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method selected, the weight of the package, and the destination. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before payment is required.
4. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process and are based on the carrier's estimated delivery times.
6. Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your order is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns Policy:

1. Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA number. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate the desired exchange on the return authorization form. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
6. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
