Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping Policy:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. These may include standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping options. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method selected, the weight of the package, and the destination. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before payment is required.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process and are based on the carrier's estimated delivery times.
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns Policy:
- Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA number. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
